About The Gift Box

We have prepared several different gift boxes. Every phone case shipped from Caseier is bundled with a beautiful gift box. The metal gift box can  protect your goods from damaging during shipping. In addition, when you receive your order, you can also use it as a portable storage box. Another point you need to know is that this gift box can also be purchased separately (No phone case included). That means if you order a phone case and one gift box, you will get one phone case and two gift boxes. Choose your favorite gift box here!



Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the Caseier Distribution Center in China. We provide world-wide shipping - what shipping method depends on where the destination country is. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays.

You can cancel your order by contacting us within 3 days since your order confirmation. Order can not be cancelled after we ship it.


Shipping Fee

We provide world-wide free shipping. For United States, we ship with EMS, usually taking 8 - 10 days to arrive! For the rest countries of the world, we would like to choose the best logistics for you, it usually takes 12-25 days to arrive! 



Every product from us are well packed to make sure you get an intact one. Once you get your package, please check if there is damage on the product instantly. If yes, please email us hello@caseier.com for an exchange!

15 Days Money Back Guarantee

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 15 days once you receive your order and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.
  • If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
  • Please notify and return package within 15 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
  • All returned products must be in original packaging.
  • A refund will be issued according to payment method used during time of purchase.
  • Return process may take up to 1-2 weeks after it has been received.
  • To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at hello@caseier.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Shipping Fee

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Upon receiving returned package, we will issue a refund for the product to payment method used during time of purchase and send a confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, excluding cases regarding distributor mistakes or defective items, which will be determined and resolved at the company’s discretion.

Only items purchased directly from Caseier.com will be eligible for a return request.


RMA Process

  • Request an RMA by contacting our customer service.
  • In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an email from us.
  • Consider insuring your package (tracking number) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Caseier cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.
  • Mail your return with the appropriate postage, invoice/order number, and mail the item to the address below:

Once we receive your return/exchange item we will evaluate its condition and process your refund or exchange the item as requested. If you are seeking an exchange, please indicate the product and color.

*Any Returned Product will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 20%. If the product is not in original condition, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to minimum 25% Restocking Fee as we can no longer use the item.
