- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 15 days once you receive your order and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.
- If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
- Please notify and return package within 15 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
- All returned products must be in original packaging.

The original shipping fee is not refundable. Upon receiving returned package, we will issue a refund for the product to payment method used during time of purchase and send a confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, excluding cases regarding distributor mistakes or defective items, which will be determined and resolved at the company’s discretion.
Only items purchased directly from Caseier.com will be eligible for a return request.

- In 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with important instructions. Please, do not ship the item(s) until you receive an email from us.
- Consider insuring your package (tracking number) in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Caseier cannot be responsible for items that are damaged and do not arrive at our warehouse.
